Dunkin’ Donuts
My manager at dunkin donuts is such a bitch sometimes when she’s working with us on the floor. It’s non-stop yelling and she is never satisfied with anything you do. You try to do one thing that she wants you to do and then she yells at you for doing it because she wants you to do another thing..I have so many stories and experiences working there that people wouldn’t even believe if I wrote them, but I will share them at some point. Today as I was leaving she goes “don’t be surprised if you’re not on the schedule too many days next week” because she wasn’t satisfied with the donut case that I didn’t have enough time to properly fix because I was too busy helping customers. WTF..??!! Oh, and for other employees of dunkin donuts..don’t you get exhausted with customers who are infuriating and consume most of your time holding up the rest of the line? I know this happens pretty much everywhere but you guys know you can relate when people say something they want that you can’t modify on their order. For example, when they say, I want half and half. There’s no modifier on the damn cash register for half and half because we don’t HAVE half and half! At least the few dunkins I’ve worked for dont. Another thing I can’t stand is when somebody tells me their order and right after I ring them up and collect their payment they want to change it. Do you know how frustrating that is?? Make up your mind before I cash you out! It happened this morning, this lady ordered a small coffee, and right as I was giving her change back to her, she goes “oh, can I make it a medium coffee instead?” How about no, bitch. I gave it to her anyway to avoid the headache..but that’s all for now guys.
